- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪The doctors are great but the receptionists are mean, ignorant and extremely unprofessional. They don't pass on prescription refill requests when they receive them and don't inform patients when they have to cancel your appointment until you've sat in the waiting room for an hour.
